Requirements
to attend daycare
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required 24hrs in advance for all services & must be approved by QCC.
Dog must pass a temperament test prior to a reservation being made.
To cancel reservation, 24hr notice is required. No-show fee is $20 charge.
We require payment at check out, or before, for all services
WHAT DOES MY DOG NEED?
Must be 4 months or older & vaccinated.
Adult dogs in owner care for more than 4 weeks.
Male dogs must be neutered by 12 months.
All dogs must be on flea prevention. If fleas are found on your dog, it will immediately receive a dog flea bath at owners expense & must be addressed by owner prior to returning to daycare.
If bringing a meal, must be in a resealable container labeled with your dogs name & feeding time.
All dogs must be on a leash; no flexi leashes are allowed @ daycare. All dogs must have a collar or harness with proper identification.
We do not accept dogs with a history of aggression towards other dogs or people. If you are unsure how to explain your dogs past, please email us and we would be more than happy to discuss.
WHAT DO I NEED?
All required forms completed.
Temperament test scheduled & completed.
We require payment at time of check out.
We require you to notify us if anyone other than you or the emergency contact will be picking up. If the name is not on the account, your dog will not be allowed to be picked up. This can create an inconvenience, but we will not budge on this issue, for the safety of the dog. Also, make sure payment is handled prior as well.
